Peer Learning Networks


We also helped pioneer a Structured Process for Peer Learning Networks, a paradigm where Providers and staff working on the front-lines are engaged to look at data in graphical form, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, develop interventions and improvements plans, track success, and share their lessons learned with the larger peer group.

Peer-to-peer learning encourages critical thinking in those that help make a difference. Who better to engage in critical thinking skills and capacity building than those who have a direct impact on services, health outcomes, and client satisfaction? If this service is desired, we work with existing quality teams to customize this process for your agency.
